Ardiente – Corrective action to remediate extensive site soil compaction issues. Demo pool concrete, excavate 3’ down, replace with type 2 around two existing swimming pools and mature palm trees. Install new pool deck and drainage system with lift station. Remodel of swimming pools to include new plaster, tile, lighting, drains and skimmers.

The Esplanade at the ranch – Full exterior multi color repaint, substantial roof tune up with full scale inspection, and various wood repair and or replacement. Demo and replace concrete for driveline for retention pond. Install flow drainage through levy. Remove and replace all scaled concrete in and around outdoor barbecue facilities. Work is done concurrently with Retention Pond Drainage work. Miscellaneous stucco and wall repairs.

Tile raise and reroof. Install two plied 30 lb felt underlayment mechanically fastened on a wood batton system. Saw cut around windows for waterproofing detail. Full three color repaint.
